V-ANNES began with a love of really good cookies and a simple idea: gourmet cookies shouldn’t require a gourmet kitchen.
Our story started with Valerie Anne and her passion for creating unique cookie flavors through her baking business, Cravings Baked Goods.
When Veann discovered Valerie’s cookies, she saw an opportunity to turn those distinctive flavors into convenient mixes
that could be baked fresh at home.
That idea became V-ANNES.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from St. Mary’s College and a minor in Business, Valerie brings both creativity and an artistic perspective to everything she creates. Her background in baking and flavor development is at the heart of our recipes. She has a natural talent for creating unexpected flavor combinations and turning them into memorable cookies.
Veann brings the product vision.
With a Diploma in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Houston and a Degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, Veann combines culinary knowledge with product development. From the original idea of creating convenient cookie mixes to developing our low-sugar line, she focuses on turning great flavor ideas into products people can easily make and enjoy at home.

We didn't want to create another basic cookie mix. We wanted to make the kinds of cookies people remember.
Our mixes are inspired by original gourmet flavor creations and include everything you need except butter and eggs, making it easy to enjoy a fresh-baked, gourmet cookie without all the measuring and prep.
