Returns and Refunds Policy
Hey there! We totally understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. But first, a quick heads-up: because our goodies are perishable, we can’t accept returns. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless they’re defective. So, let’s make sure everything’s good to go when you receive your order!
Received the Wrong Item?
Oops! If you’ve received something other than what you ordered, please don’t open it. We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition. Give us a shout first, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Returns
If you find that your product is defective, damaged, or contaminated, we’re here to make it right. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you with a return for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or enter into any correspondence for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed, and you should see it on your credit card or original payment method within five (5) days.
Personal Preferences
We wish we could cater to everyone’s taste buds, but because flavor preferences are so personal, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for products that aren’t quite to your liking.
